Our pharmaceutical vials made of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) are our own design and come in different sizes accommodating the needs of the medical and veterinarian industry as well as the end-user by its reduced size and weight compared to glass vials of the same size.

The same goes for our 100 % transparent ClearVial™ made of COC and COP plastic, which alone by its size, lightweight and impact strength is a breakthrough within packaging solutions.

With vials made of PP, PE, COC or COP plastic both humans and animals are optimally protected against harmful effects. You avoid the risk of glass particles causing problems and the risk of losing the content or contamination of the surroundings.

CLEARVIAL™ When choosing a ClearVial™, you get pharmaceutical packaging made of COC or COP plastic, which is 100 % like a vial made of glass. The vial dimensions therefore meet ISO-standard 8362. By choosing a ClearVial™, you protect the environment by saving water and power during production, while improving people safety and creating a healthier work environment for everyone.

ClearVial™

POLYPROPYLENE (PP) Polypropylene (PP) is an FDA-approved plastic material most often used for plastic packaging for storage of human medicine. By choosing a plastic vial instead of a glass vial, you obtain faster filling as there are no need for implementing a washing and drying plant in your production line.

Polypropylen PP

POLYETHYLENE (HDPE) Vials made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) are especially used in the veterinarian industry. This is a plastic material that supports irradiation (gamma/e-beam) and which is suitable for aseptic filling. With plastic vials you reduce your transport cost and need for storage since our vials weigh less and take up less space than glass vials.

POLYETHYLENE (HDPE)

MULTILAYER PP MULTILAYER PP Multilayer vials are based on a PP/EVOH/PP-construction. The construction increases durability and ensure integrity of the pharmaceutical product. Multilayer vials have the same advantages as our standard vials made of PP but have improved barrier properties. The EVOH barrier layer protects against gases and oxidation. The vials are available as Ready-to-Use – suitable for aseptic filling.
